Alvin Tamkin has a long and storied history with Massachusetts law and politics. A graduate of Boston University and Boston University Law School, where he served as an editor of the Law School’s Law Review, Alvin Tamkin served as First Justice of the Trial Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Hingham Division for three decades and was previously elected to three terms in the Massachusetts House of Representatives and to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’s Governor's Council. Alvin Tamkin remains active in numerous political, civic and legal organizations and focuses his practice on Litigation, Arbitration and Mental Health Law.
