Sale of Common Stock; Duplication and Fulfillment Operation

Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP represented the shareholders of a duplication and fulfillment business located in Devens, Massachusetts in the sale of all of the Company's common stock to a new owner/operator. Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP who served as regular outside counsel to the Company, represented the Company's shareholders in the transaction and in the negotiation and execution of a new commercial lease of the company's Devens, Massachusetts facility which was retained by an affiliate of the client.
