Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP, represented a day care provider in connection with the purchase of substantially all of the assets of a day care center lcoated in Metrowest Boston and the establishment of a new day care center in a 9,600 square feet leased facility. Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP represented the client in all aspects of the asset purchase and the negotiation of a long term lease
